Chris Kelly is the Designated Broker of Georgia & Regional Director over the Atlanta markets for North Metro Property Management.  He also manages his own portfolio of real estate providing sales, management, and leasing services to North Metro’s clients. Chris is an expert in client representation for management, leasing, and sales in the Atlanta market. He holds approximately 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Experience

Previous to North Metro Property Management, Chris Kelly was an Investment and Acquisitions Consultant for CLK Investments and Nosara Investment companies. Previous to this, Mr. Kelly was a Real Estate Analyst for Racetrac Petroleum. Mr. Kelly began his real estate career as a Commercial Sales Agent at Remax Real Estate.

Education

Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelors of Science degree, Dean's List Honors, from Georgia Southern University and holds a Georgia Real Estate Broker's License.
