How much do your charge?We typically charge 6-8% of Collected Rents. If you choose full service Leasing and Management the lease fee will be 60-80% of the 1st Month’s Rent.
Do you offer Lease Only Services?Yes! We offer Lease Only services for 1 months rent Lease Commission
